Clay Fuqua is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Blanchard, La. He surrendered to the ministry in March 2011 while on a mission trip in Cambodia. God has used him across the world preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a passion to see people come to Jesus, and growing in their faith so they may reach people as well.

In 2019, the Lord called Clay to be the pastor of First Baptist Blanchard. "I am Blessed to be the Pastor of First Baptist." His favorite bible verse is Matthew 28:18-20 and Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
